Our team
After specialized studies in finance in business school as well as experiences in companies I started in 2017 as operations manager in a start-up company in the virtual reality sector.
The idea of supporting entrepreneurs by offering quality support to help their projects grow, whatever the level of maturity of the company.
My motivation also lies in our desire to develop sustainable initiatives within a committed team.
I have a dual background in Law and Finance. After 3 years at Ernst & Young in acquisition audit, I joined Evolem in 2008.
Since 2008, I have had the opportunity to accompany entrepreneurs and their teams in the structuring and development of their SME, by being attentive to their needs and by leading a strategic reflection with them around the ambition they wish to give to their project and the means to achieve it.
What pushed me to join Evolem is above all the entrepreneurial adventure both in the support of SMEs but also within Evolem itself. Everything had to be built and we were lucky enough to have a successful entrepreneur for a teacher!
Having worked for 6 years for an auditing firm and 5 years from an NGO, I joined APRIL in 1999, then Evolem in 2005, in the Finance Department.
Working to support the Group’s core projects is what motivates me in my daily work. I was working for APRIL when Bruno Rousset offered me the chance to join Evolem in the early years of its development, so I didn’t hesitate for a second!
After training as a civil engineer, I led a number of construction projects over twenty or so years for a major French construction and civil engineering firm.
“Property investment at Evolem enables us to develop projects for the shares which incorporate the expectations of future users, especially in terms of well-being at work and environmental performance.
I joined Evolem 10 years ago for the quality of the team and the entrepreneurial and human approach to property transactions.”
Following 8 years in the public arena (working with elected representatives), I moved to the general interest sector as a fundraising and strategy consultant for the SSE sector in 2009 (at the firm Alteriade) and have been at Evolem since 2014.
What motivates me in my work is bringing innovative solutions to different social and environmental issues we face to the surface and offering them support.
I joined Evolem for its values and the committed vision it has of the part companies play in designing a sustainable economic development model.
After starting out in financial auditing at EY, followed by 5 years in management control at Royal Canin, I joined Dentressangle Private Equity where I accompanied small and medium-sized companies as a majority shareholder for nearly 8 years, in the position of Investment Director.
I joined Evolem because it is first and foremost an entrepreneurial investor.
This means that we support ambitious development projects within a time horizon that first respects the company’s cycle.
Also we know that a successful partnership is a matter of men and women, and that the company’s scope of action goes beyond financial performance.
With over 10 years’ experience in acquisition finance at BNP Paribas, I joined Evolem in 2018 in order to get actively involved in company projects as an investor.
What motivates me in my work is contributing to the development of companies, alongside senior managers, by adding value to their strategic planning and capacity to their acquisition plans in order to build genuinely solid, long-lasting groups.
Joining Evolem primarily means playing an active part in a company project which conveys values which are important to me: a sense of responsibility, commitment to companies’ development and supporting initiatives, whether economic, environmental or societal.
I joined Evolem in 2023 after fifteen years in M&A at BNP Paribas, HSBC and Lazard.
For me, joining Evolem meant joining an entrepreneur before an investor. This means taking the time to develop projects and bring real added value to them, in order to build sustainable groups.
In addition, Evolem places essential values at the heart of its concerns: a long-term vision built around entrepreneurs with a constant desire to have a positive impact both economically and socially.
With a master’s in Finance and Markets from ESDES, I began my career at NextStage in Paris, then I came back to Lyon to work for Capitem Partenaires for one year before joining Evolem in 2018.
This job is very rewarding both in terms of knowledge and personal relations, it enables you to keep discovering new things and moving forward. Joining Evolem presented an opportunity to be part of a Lyon-based organisation with significant means, whose values matched my own: a long-term investment vision and a high priority given to entrepreneurs’ values.
A graduate of EM Lyon, I worked for 3 years in the Transactions Services department of EY Paris and Lyon, before joining the Evolem adventure in October 2018.
What I enjoy, is working alongside companies which are developing and transforming, and being constantly in contact with the operational teams: we move forward together.

Graduated from Inseec and EM Lyon (MSc. In Finance), I worked for 4 years as a Finance Account Manager for Bpifrance where I had the opportunity to support entrepreneurs in their development projects. I joined Evolem in 2021.
Beyond discovering new sectors of activity and participating in the financing of our real economy, what motivates me is to accompany managers in the growth of their companies and to share a common history. What could be more stimulating?

Being able to support entrepreneurs and their teams in France and abroad in the important stages of their project’s development is a real challenge for me!
At Evolem since 2010 supporting entrepreneurs. Curious and responsive.
What I enjoy is helping entrepreneurs throughout all the phases of development. I joined Evolem for Bruno Rousset’s entrepreneurial vision and his drive to give back to society what entrepreneurship had given him.
I have a varied career spanning over 15 years in the startup ecosystem, as an entrepreneur, operations manager, consultant and VC investor. I am also the author of the FISY tool. My initial training was in computer engineering (EPITA Paris, INSA Lyon) and business school (HEC Entrepreneurs).
I’m curious and a jack of all trades, convinced that technology and innovation can provide sustainable and beneficial solutions to the challenges facing our society. I particularly enjoy supporting and working alongside startup managers to help them develop their entrepreneurial adventures.
I joined Evolem convinced that I share common human and social values. In my humble capacity, I’m happy to contribute to building an enviable future.
Graduated from IAE Lyon in Corporate Finance, I spent 2 years in an independent multi-family office before joining Evolem Start in 2018.

After ten years’ experience as an HR Generalist, HR Consultant and HR Project Manager in the pharmaceutical, audiovisual and transport sectors, I joined Evolem in 2023.
My daily motivation is to ensure that the commitment and federation of the company’s human resources enable us to build larger-scale projects.

After taking a Bac S and completing two years of preparatory courses for engineering schools, I entered the BUT GEA option GC2F and am currently in my 3rd year of a sandwich course.
What motivates me is the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects, centered on the human aspect, being attentive to the needs of stakeholders and adopting a coaching and learning approach.
I joined Evolem to get involved in a structure that values innovation and positive impact, while developing my skills within an attentive and dynamic team.
19 years working in support of APRIL, then Evolem.
I feel like I belong to a family business, whose values we are proud to uphold.
The company is continually developing, it exudes the entrepreneurship championed for many years by Bruno Rousset.
As a graduate of the ESC Pau Business School and of the Master’s degree in CSR Management at the University of Paris-Est Créteil, I became interested very early in the integration of sustainable development in the strategy and operation of a company.
Passionate about societal issues, I spent ten years supporting companies in the implementation of their CSR policy, particularly within the network Les Entreprises pour la Cité, which brings together companies committed to and invested in social innovation.
I joined Evolem’s CSR department to contribute to the development of its sustainable and philanthropic commitment, which is at the heart of its strategy.
I am a multidisciplinary industrial engineer with 20 years of experience in global and multicultural companies.
What motivates me in my job is to engage the teams in climate change mitigation and adaptation and to measure the impact of the actions initiated in this field.
Joining Evolem means joining a financial player with the will to use its levers to have a real impact on society and the environment.
I began my career with a two-year degree in Economic and Social Administration, before discovering the world of the social economy. I’m now starting my third year of work-study as part of my Master’s degree in Responsible Finance at 3A.

I joined Evolem because I love making a difference. As a catalyst for initiatives, Evolem aims to promote a more responsible and equitable world.

“Naturally curious, I like being in contact with people and addressing new challenges as a team.
Joining the Evolem adventure has meant leaving the beaten track behind and working in an environment where care and trust pervade.”
Almost 20 years’ experience in corporate communications and events.
Working in communications means being attentive to others, hearing what is not said, promoting great stories and creating a new adventure every day with a vast array of different people: what could be more exiting than that? I joined Evolem fiercely driven to be part of a team which promotes values in which I believe, and to contribute – in my own way – to the great entrepreneurial adventure built by Bruno Rousset, which is now in the hands of his children and the Evolem teams.
Our Supervisory Board
It was in 1988 that Bruno Rousset embarked on an entrepreneurial adventure and decided to found the APRIL Group, with the firm intention of transforming the world of insurance. The company quickly became successful, by putting customers at the heart of its organisation. A born entrepreneur, Bruno Rousset is also a visionary and committed man. What motivates him? Promoting entrepreneurship and helping companies to grow. These convictions led him to establish the Evolem holding in Lyon in 1997. The aim was to help companies develop in order to support their future projects.
Social commitment.
He established the Entrepreneurs de la Cité Foundation in 2006, making entrepreneurship accessible to all. The organisation offers a solidarity-based micro-insurance scheme which is unique in France. Then, in 2008, through the APRIL Foundation, he decided to contribute to a fairer, more solidarity-based society.
Through Evolem Citoyen, the endowment fund set up in 2014, Bruno Rousset focused his social objective on training and employment for young people particularly affected by unemployment, by assessing the efficiency of public spending and highlighting the positive initiatives in this area.
At the beginning of 2019, Bruno Rousset brought Evolem into the Entreprise des Possibles initiative launched by Alain Mérieux to bring companies on board in the fight against extreme poverty.
Biography of Bruno Rousset
A career path dedicated to the creative industries and an interest in responsible fashion.
To perpetuate family values within the family office, and to ensure that Evolem’s entrepreneurial spirit and civic commitment continue to flourish.
With an engineering background, after about ten years in industry, I decided in 2020 to become actively involved in the ecological and social transition with the creation of CYCLES UP, an initiative in favor of soft mobility through reuse in the territories.
Our mission, as a responsible investor, is to support and encourage companies that develop and preserve social and environmental capital. Participating in this adventure with EVOLEM to help emerge and support sustainable business models is a real source of motivation.
Passionate about using digital technology to help companies develop, I worked for some twenty years in technology and at the APRIL Group, before joining the family office established by my father, Bruno Rousset.
I like to build and unite teams around a common project based on strong convictions to produce a positive impact on our society.
I had been gravitating around Evolem for some ten years, but it was a family philanthropic project, initiated in 2018 by Bruno Rousset, which brought me closer to the family business. What we achieved in this project was a real revelation for me about our ability to push the boundaries through a commitment which is both community-led and shareholder-led.
In 2020 I therefore took over the chair of the family office to continue the work of this founding father, paying close attention to the Rousset family’s wishes and our societal impact.
