With the backing of EVOLEM and UNIGRAINS, NUTRISENS continues its international expansion and consolidates its European position in the clinical nutrition market through the acquisition of VEGENAT HEALTHCARE, a strong independant Spanish player.
This acquisition is the culmination of several months of discussion between the CEOs of Nutrisens (Georges DEVESA, right in picture) and VEGENAT HEALTHCARE’S (Cayetano LOPEZ SERRANO, left in picture).
The Lopez Serrano family being the founder and current owner of Vegenat, a Spanish group bringing together various activities such as dehydrated ingredients for agrifood businesses and oral/enteral clinical nutrition, accepted to undertake the carve-out arrangements of its Healthcare division.
